Cascia is based in Louisville, Kentucky and all positions are based in the area. Our approach to medical research is a fast, team-based effort requiring frequent face-to-face interactions, so we are not in a position to offer remote work arrangements.

If we are interested in an applicant, we will them to complete a psychometric evaluation (by email) that should take 15 minutes or less.
We will conduct an electronic screening, either by phone or MS Teams video conference. Expect that to take no more than about 30 minutes.
A face-to-face interview at our office. Interviews for most positions are concluded in one day, a few senior roles may require two visits, but we do not subjects candidates to endless rounds of panel interviews spread over many weeks or months. Whenever possible, we try to have all candidates for a position interview within the same calendar week so candidates are not left waiting for an answer.
All job offers are extended contingent on the applicant agreeing to undergo a drug test, physical examination, and a background check. As a pharmaceutical and healthcare services company regulated by both the FDA and USPHS, use of any drug that is not legal under federal law is prohibited, regardless of state laws that may permit medical and/or recreational use of marijuana and other cannabinoids. Cascia prohibits smoking and other tobacco use at all times, and our initial drug screening will test for cotinine.
Employees who have contact with patients, or those who have contact with employees that do, will be required to maintain current vaccinations and to undergo periodic medical screening. Exceptions will be considered only for bona fide medical or religious reasons.
